An outstanding venue for live diversified music.The sound in either Sage 1 or 2 is second to none, crystal clear. A really relaxing , safe environment, bars on every level and not that pricy. Very clean and no idiots. Loads of pleasant, courteous staff, not much queuing. Loads of car parking. Recommended
This is a fantastic venueFantastic acoustics and good visual lines of stage and performersThere are 2 auditoriums /stages both offer superb acoustic quality and theatre experienceThe design of the building is ground breaking There are several eateries and bars intrinsic to the venue and a couple of shops Well worth a visit as there is a wide ranging programme of artists
Great venue for music events been here loads of times.The acoustics in the main stage (sage one) are amazing. Well worth a visit for an event.The smaller stage (sage two) is much smaller but still great for sound.Just been to see Orbital in the concourse area. Great show at a great location next to the River Tyne.
This is an excellent music venue with great acoustics in every seat. The venue also puts on events for inclusive social participation, some are free to encourage local people to enjoy music and culture. The staff are friendly and helpful, venue impeccably clean. The rows are very long, so if you are in the middle you have to disturb a lot of others to get in and out, worth bearing in mind if you can't hold out for a toilet visit!
