Great place, lots of lovely drinks and cakes available. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived he was just about to close up to run a few errands but stayed open instead so that we could have a coffee and some cake. Also does fun things like "Dadventure time" on a Saturday which is a meet up for dads and their kids - the dads have bacon sandwiches and coffee and chat about interesting manly things while the kids play, very original.
A hidden gem! The owner is super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Well worth a visit.

A real gem tucked away in one of the Arches before the High Level Bridge. Casual interior with artwork on the walls and a relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. Lovely coffee made how you want it and very, very tasty cakes in generous portions. Spotted a few gins, rums and liqueurs on the shelf too! Highly recommend if you want a proper coffee shop and not a soulless experience served up by a conglomerate.
