Great customer service and prices, however the handover was very time consuming.
Always recommend Enterprise. Good fleet to chose from.Would say that they are very pushy with the add on insurances and stuff, but you are under no obligation to take any of it.
Nice polite helpful staff, not the car ordered but given another nice car in place.
I live and work abroad in Saudi Arabia and return home every 3 months. I always Rent a Car. I rented a car from Enterprise Gateshead Team Valley approx two years ago and I will not go any where else. The Service from the staff is the main reason as they are superb. They will go out of their way to help you and I especially like the Pick up Service. Cost is another factor and Enterprise are very very competitive with an excellent choice of clean new vehicles. Friendly but took 25 minutes to get the car as only one guy on the desk who was stuck on a long call with another customer. I don't like the idea of the car having a random amount of fuel in when I pick it up. Two reasons, firstly there wasn't enough fuel in the car to get me to my destination which meant, added to the initial delay I was late to my appointment. Secondly, how am I supposed to know how much fuel to put in to get it to the same level again. I ended up putting significantly more fuel in the car than I needed to costing additional money.
