I bought a coat for my son for Christmas, I bought it early on the 29th November so they would not run out of stock, I gave it to my son on Christmas day and he has only warn it a couple of times. The coat was obviously faulty and not made very well, I paid a lot of money for this coat, and I was told that because if was not returned before 30 day after it was bought, I have no rights.I offered to send the coat back to it had only been worn a couple of times, DO NOT BYE CLOTHES FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! CHEAP QUALITY!!! AND VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Absolutely terrible service, returned coat as it was the incorrect size with tracking details to only be told SEEK have not received this item even though it is shown delivered. SEEK tried blaming royal mail for this issue but I have spoke to royal mail and they have ensured the parcel was delivered to the correct address. I am now left out of pocket because SEEK WILL NOT refund me. I am without a coat. I am now being ignored via email after telling them I have been spoken to royal mail. Reading the previous reviews I can tell it is not the first time for SEEK not returning items.DO NOT BUY! AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible company, Do not purchase anything from them or you will loose your money and what you ordered, I ordered a tracksuit and it wasn't good so i sent it back without it's original bag and they messages me saying we can't accept these and you have to pay courier fees if you want these back.This is one of the worst website i ordered from and to be honest there are better companies out there like Asos, urban celebrity you better of order from them then this company which runs by the director himself and he doesn't know how to run the business, Soon this company will diapered as i have already reported them to better business bureau.
