USELESS!!!!They don't reply to emails or respond to letters and don't answer the phone.They offer an enquiries line on the website which rings out and you get an automated message saying they monitor their emails daily! What a load of bull.If you can't make it to your court case for whatever reason, you have no chance of rearranging it! Even if you try to do it even a month in advance like I did! If you don't show up because your head is hanging off your neck they will still probably continue ahead with the case without you because that is how they roll!
