I've been experiencing terrible toothaces and i went to a dentist in gateshead but they could'nt help me, and someone advised me to go to "MY DENTIST", and thank god it was the perfect soloution, it was the best place to go, the best service, good location, and covered by NHS.They take away the common dentist phobia...And a special thanks to DR. BRENDAN MALONEY for his professional and caring work, i was shocked to see him remember me and my status by every visit, even though he has so many patients, always in a good mood, i will never forget his great work, (even for a foreign customer...) i give him full credit, he deserves a big thank you, thanks a million!One thing did bother me, i had to wait long for the appointments, would've been much better without all that waiting, but it paid to wait for brendan!Sorry, im living overseas now, so i can't come in, but will defenitly recommend it for freinds in gateshead. I've got to say this dentist surgery is absolutely fabulous 100 percent in what they do and achieve.Ive visited other dentist prior to going here that ive been frightened to return to the way Ive had treated.We where recommend to go here by a family member and are now greatful We have found a perfect dentist.Now to-date all of our family including my granddaughter of 1 1/2 years of age will attend this practice with total confidence.Would recommend this dentist 1000%.All the staff are very professional and friendly.
Booked as an emergency appointment as was in an incredible amount of pain. The dentist I saw for less than 5 minutes misdiagnosed the problem and took little interest in what I was saying or giving me any advice. Ended up at the dental hospital a few days later for a wisdom tooth extraction. Waste of time and money attending this practice, would not recommend.
