We asked them to lay a wreath on a grave in a cemetery in Gateshead on the centenary of the death of a relative who died while serving in the army in France in WW1. We live in East Anglia and so were unable to do it ourselves. They prepared the wreath exactly as we wished it and laid it on the grave at only one day's notice. The wreath was beautiful, we are very pleased with the outcome and with the excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was no delivery charge!
