APM quoted for work that they dont have the skills to carry out properly. The clean was a disappointment and the service was really poor too. On their website they promote a commitment where there is no charge should the customer be unsatisfied with the quality or service. Unfortunately I paid ahead and theyre refusing to give me a refund. I wish Id gone elsewhere
If you want your conservatory cleaned I would look elsewhere. Not overly impressed with the standard of the work carried out and certainly don't appreciate being made to feel like we are defrauding the company by requesting a refund, for not being satisfied with service we paid for.
