One star is even too much! They like to bully small companies. After a year of Kelly sending threatening letters we just ignored them eventually as she doesn't listen to the replies and evidence you supply. Dirty tactics pretending to record phone calls when legally they cannot without informing the person first (This is in writing too) They had no case against us, threatening high court on a small claim, was just laughable. We would still consider counter suing for unjustified threats. Don't send us letter after letter threatening us with 'High Court Action' sending awful threatening letters, Kelly was just a vile person. To then just stop and do nothing, its been two years now and they haven't sent anything further. It was all threats, and unjustified ones as they know there was no design right on a clear candelabra that can be purchased anywhere online. Learn about healthy competition. My review is for others that are in the same situation as us. They have done this to many other companies like us. We are all still considering reporting them to ACID for harassment. Unfortunately with limited time this hasn't been done, yet!Best advice I ever got was to save your money on solicitors until you really need them in court, don't waste your time on them before this unless is completely necessary.
This company dealt with the theft of our designs which were being openly sold by another company who refused to stop. Adam Turley was the solicitor who dealt with our case and I found him to be friendly, efficient and very effective. The matter was resolved speedily much to our satisfaction. Many thanks.
