The best ribeye steaks I have ever purchased! Even with the limitations of a home kitchen the steaks I cook from this shop exceed the vast majority of restaurant steaks I've had. I live near Liverpool so have to freeze the steaks to survive the journey home but even after freezing these steaks are just superlative. Italian sausages and their homemade salami also a real treat.
Fantastic service, trimmed and prepped a beautiful cut of fillet after my specifying it was for a Wellington. Results were fantastic.To top it off, had some great draught beer while it was being prepped. What an amazing store :-)
What An Amazing Place. Definitely one of the highlights of our weekend. Spent a few hours sampling the amazing beers and went home with the some beautiful steaks. Thanks Steve & Katie.
Our first time here & definitely not our last. The meat & drink selection is brilliant. My wife spent about 50 on various meats which went straight into our freezer.Just had the old spot sausages & old spot bacon & they did not disappoint. The bacon was the best I have ever had & the sausages were lovely & tasty without an ounce of fat. Cant wait to try the rest of the meat. We also tried a couple of lovely halfs of ale & the selection of beers in the fridge is very tempting for our next visit. The staff were really friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Cant recommend it enough.
