Just paid a 30 parking fine even though I sent them a bank statement saying I had paid the correct fee- what more must I do?? From now on I will be taking pictures of parking tickets and paying on my debit card then I can prove I paid. Absolutely disgusting service - ripping me off when I clearly did nothing wrong. I am going to the ombudsman to see if I can get anything back. I also have to pay a 12 admin charge to my car lease company as they own the car and have to write to me about this . Also - Apcoa sent me 3 separate parking notices for the same time!! I've had to dispute that as well!! Clearly something not right in Apcoa's system - needs sorting ASAP. You cause unnecessary stress in law abiding citizens.
