The service, advice and information offered by Kwikflow was first class. Explanations given by both Neil, the engineer, and Jacqui from the administration staff, on what was needed to rectify my drain problem and how the job would be carried out, were clear and concise. There were no hidden charges; no disruption or mess to my property and my questions were answered promptly, and more importantly, expressed in terms easily understood. A camera was deployed during the drain inspection and I was able to track its course with the aid of relevant commentary from Neil. Thank you and well done to everyone concerned.

The most helpful contractor I have ever encountered. Didnt catch the gents name but he was driving van reg NA15 MWF and did a job on black road in Hebburn on 4/10/2018. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he made sure he did a proper job. He even checked the neighbours to make sure the issue was resolved. This man is an absolute credit and asset to your company.
if you want a company that shows nothing but contempt for its customers, choose KwikFlow. If you want a very poor job doing by people who have no respect for your property choose Kwik Flow. If you have a drain problem that you need fixing stay well away from Kwik Flow
