Great service, friendly staff, can be a big queue at times but get through people in a timely manner.

I have used Jackson Street News and Gateshead Post Office many times and had no problems what so ever, it can be very busy at certain times of the day but that is expected of any Post Office, I have used the Passport checking service and received a great service overall, staff are very friendly and will be back
It's first time that I sent a parcel by post office in Newcastle . The staff was not friendly at all, it was for a few minutes but I shocked from what I see .
Open all hours, staff are always excellent and very efficient.
