We went here for the baby swimming classes which are absolutely brilliant. The hotel itself is lovely with amazing views over the river and is very convenient for Newcastle city center (the Quayside is only a few minutes away). There is parking available at the hotel (pay on exit) and the staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The pool is small but nice and warm and the changing area is quite big (we had several prams in the changing rooms and there was still plenty of space). There is a bar on the ground floor with lots of indoor seating and an outdoor balcony that overlooks the river. I can't comment on the rooms as didn't use them but overall it's a great hotel.
Great hotel. I used this for a family event nearby but it also meant I could explore Newcastle centre. It was about a twenty minute walk there. Spacious modern entrance with a bat downstairs. Not the cheapest hotel in the area but worth paying extra for the comfort. The staff were also lovely.

An above average hotel at above average prices. Great location close to the Newcastle quayside and walkable to all the major parts of Newcastle.The car parking is expensive, 12 for a night and the prices at the bar are more than above average.If money is no objective, there are much nicer places to stay in Newcastle, if money is important, there are much cheaper places close by that do the job equally as good.
5 stars all around! amazing views, superb food & top class customer service! Have already re-booked to come back in April! Thank you for making my stay in Newcastle like i had never been away from the city!
