Came in today, from stepping foot into the store the shop had an awful odour, the staff seemed a little clueless of what was going on. One of the staff was cleaning up after an incident and as I walked past she said to me to watch the floor as its sloppy, no floor sign to say there was a hazard. Was looking for some food for my cat, but the price (even after the 15% discount) was much more expensive than what I pay from another pet store in Team Valley. Shelves looked a little like a jumble sale. Not very presentable.
Lovely store just off the main retail park. A great range of dog foods, treats and toys. The team were extremely welcoming and helpful offering us information and advice.
