Went here after going to a competitors shop in team valley. 100% better experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and the cat food I wanted they had in stock and was at a much cheaper price than what it was at the other store. Great layout and setup. Shelves were neatly tidy and looked presentable.

Wow, my reaction when I walked through the door! We only nipped in to get some tortoise starter essentials but we wandered round the whole place. Loads of choice for various pets (cats, dogs, birds, reptile etc). Foods, health care, cleaning products, toys, bedding. Please note you CAN NOT buy animals here but if you want one shop to cater for your pet you can't go far wrong . Staff are knowledgeable and friendly . The Pet Supermarket is located next to the hand car wash at the Team Valley Retail Park. Go have yourself a lk, you'll get parked no problem.
