Good service
As we walked in the smell overcame us. An overweight bulldog, which belonged to an employee, came up and sniffed our cat carrier. Hardly ideal for any scared cat and not ideal health for the bulldog either. The consult was farcical. We had prior clinical notes and the vet we saw did not understand her own notes any more than we did. We waited approximately 40 minutes after our scheduled appointment whilst practice staff ambled around, made coffee and left doors open so clients could hear consults. We attended this practice for one reason - to make sense of our cat's clinical history. As a vet myself, I was horrified.Needless to say, we will not return.
Lovely practise who genuinely care about their clients and patients I know my babies get the best of veterinary care and plenty tlc from nursing staff while in their care
Very professional and great vet
Really lovely girls. As a kitty sitter and a mammy of 6 (was 7), they know me and my fur lot very well, which makes vet visits much more personal.
