Recently bought a Volvo V70 from this dealer. Car as described, nice people to deal with and no pressure. Mentioned the alloys were a little scuffed and they had all 4 alloys refurbished at no cost to myself. The whole transaction was very smooth and would recommend this dealer
A few weeks ago I visited this dealership and bought a black diesel Skoda Fabia.I was very pleased with the customer service I received and with the car. The attitude with the sales staff was knowledgable, relaxed and no pressure. The car has so far proven fault free and very good value for the price. Before buying the car, I noticed the fittings securing the parcel shelf drawstrings to the lid of the boot were damaged and needed replacing. I pointed this out and was promised I would be sent a set free of charge post-sale.To my delight I recently received these through the post. On every other occasion in the past when I have bought a used car with the dealer saying they would send a missing part to me afterwards they have always failed to do so, no doubt past caring as they had made the sale. So a sign of quality that the people at AAA cared enough to deliver on their promise.
If I could leave no stars I would. Vile place. Sold me a car, went to collect it but wasn't there. Was told would be ready the next day. Next day it was there but they didn't have the log book so loaned me a car. The loan car had no wipers and the headlights were not working. Waited till they were fixed. Loan car breaks down on way to work next day, had to use my own rac cover. My car was now ready supposedly. Went to get it, didn't have time to look properly at it as was now 4hrs late for work..Now start the problems... Radio didn't work, handbrake was barely working, wheel nut missing. Rang the dealer and they said to bring it in next week. In the time before taking it in I noticed oil leaking, and other things wrong. I checked the oil and it was black as coal, funny for a car that had supposedly just been serviced including oil change. Contacted the finance company to reject it. What a faff, that was on Feb 12th, now April 4th and still not resolved.Took car to indipendant garage for inspection and they found more faults than I had (report in picture)Some of the faults had been noticed on the mot and supposedly fixed but were still evident at time of inspection. Clearly a snied mot had been done by the dealership. The dealer stalled and stalled with 3 weeks worth of 'manager not available' excuses followed by 'it wasn't like that when it left'Vile, underhand, criminals. Don't waste your money here
