Good standards of service and the work they do is good quality, but I bought a nearly-new car from them a few years ago and every time it goes in for a service, MOT or 'health check' it apparently needs hundreds of pounds of work doing! They make their money on the servicing so perhaps buy from here but take it elsewhere for work.
Just want to say a huge thank you to Stephen Ellison from Hyundai Gateshead showroom.i have dealt with Stephen for 6 yr now.he goes above and beyond with to help in any way he can. Nothing is a problem.this gentleman has excellent customer service .I'm always greeted with a huge smile. Offered continuous drinks hot or cold.always asked if I'm comfortable and ok as I have arthritis. He is so welcoming and very polite. It has been a great pleasure dealing with Stephen again choosing my new car.he is a credit to the company.I canny rate this gentleman enough.this is the third time iv revisited the company to purchase a car and look forward to for years to come .Stephen the time and sincerity u give to customers should be applauded .
