Terrible service ,service receptionist Helen very abrupt and speaks down to you ,took 2year old car for service and warranty issue ,service OK but resolved Warranty issue by fitting second hand part in off a trade in ?,(I wouldn't buy a car from here you don't know what's been took off by service ?).never sent warranty claim off until i complained.tried complaining to head office and nissan waste off time both just back dealer ,had Nissans for 11 years not any more warrenty worthless .wouldn't recommend at all.took car to another Nissan dealer who sorted issue with new part no problem at all .never use lookers again ..

Fantastic service!! Staff are amazing especially Chris who did everything he could to find us our new family car! Even when we found a car then decided it was not right for us Chris got us back and continued the search until we found the one for us!! Everyone made such a fuss of our 2yr old son and he loved going to see everyone and driving the cars!! Cant reccomend enough there was no stress and dont think we will go anywhere else for cars in the future!!
Lookers are highly recommend to all!!I have just picked up my car a couple of days ago and the whole process was fantastic. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end and I couldn't fault them at all. They offered us drinks each time we were there. I couldn't recommended Lauren any more as she was fantastic from our first appointment to recieving our car. Everything went very smoothly and had no issues at all. If you are a mobility customer then I highly recommend you to go.. they are very accommodating and made the whole process so easy for me from beginning to end. I have pretty severe health problems as well as mobility issues but they and my sales representative Lauren made everything so easy. When we collected our car she introduced us to the shop manager and he was fantastic and could not be more welcoming. Both were very efficient and extremely accommodating. I will be recommending them to everyone..

I use a disability vehicle and their disability expert staff give you so much information and help. I even got a cheque to reimburse travel expenses and a huge, beautiful bouquet of flowers when I picked up my brand new, built for me car
