I paid for an entire year, I went for half a year then due to work I could not go anymore to gym, when I asked for a refund they said that I paid cash and when you pay cash you are unable to get a refund back. LOL. AVOID!!
**TRAPPED IN CONTRACT** do not join this gym. I was lied to when joining and told I could end the contract if I moved away. When I came to ending the contract they told me I could not because I was moving somewhere else that had an anytime fitness in the area. Staff and managers admitted to me that the woman who told me the information when i joined had been repeatedly giving false information to customers and had now (rather conveniently) left the company. I am now stuck in this contract and the gym were not helpful at all in this distressing situation where, as a student, it is costing me lots of money when I cant even use the gym!
