Such a welcoming gym and so different to the mainstream setting. Nathan is always around to help with my workout and has lots of fab workout challenges to keep you motivated and get your name up on the board. Love the cardio classes too, there is always a fresh workout routine every time so never gets boring!
Perfect gym! Usually do more cardio so the classes are perfect, but Nathan is great at showing you how to use all the equipment at a pace that suits you. Its never crowded and all the members are friendly and encouraging!
