I used to think this was a good gym but the weights being left out by everyone is just making the place a mess and its hard to even walk around. Friend mentioned water bottle being stolen a few days ago. Saw two guys having a dispute over who's towel was left on a machine. Also, "new rules" being enforced all of a sudden that you can not have a gym bag with you, considering it has all my gear in it it seems pointless to carry a phone, headphones, water bottle, belt, straps, etc. things that I need during my workout, all around the gym and leave them openly exposed on the floor, more likely to get stolen or damaged rather that neatly in a gym bag under my bench, rack, machine. Going to change to another gym as soon as possible.
Good gym. Friendly staff. Open 24 hours. Plenty of space. You can also cancel at anytime so your not tied down to a contract..
I suffer with COPD and severe epilepsy. I need to do some training to help my breathing. I went in to look at the range of activities available but the problem was my epilepsy as I felt uneasy that the staff didn't really know what to do in an emergency apart from phoning 999. I said just protect my head but just let me convulse. A place for real gym bunnies. No swimming pool disappointed
Cheap place to join and use and easy out contract on a monthly basis
