Had an appointment booked sat and waited 25mins and was then told by the receptionist that they hadnt booked me in recepionists dont know what they are doing as this is the 2nd time this has happened. And when i ask to make another appointment i just get an abrupt attitude from them and no further forward with seeing someone.receptionists are rude and have no social skills.
I can always get appointment on the day if I ring first thing. Friendly helpful reception staff, who offer alternative if I ring later in the day.Waiting room never too busy.Drs all very nice.Practice nurses offer personal and friendly care, of which you would only expect to find in a much smaller community.
