Too difficult to get an appointment. Made 160!! Attempts before getting through and was given only one option. Hopeless if you work as you can't get appointments to suit.
Always a friendly team who will help you anyway they can. The GPs listen and advise. I loved booking an appointment on line... perfect to be able to book on a sunday. I would definitely recomend.

Glen Park has been my practice for several decades but I have only needed their help in recent years.Their reception staff have made me feel that no-one cares at all.In spite of a raised cancer marker earlier this year and now immense pain and various other symptoms I simply cannot book ahead to see a GP - certainly not the same GP.They provide no alternative other than to visit A&E.Their uncaring manner has led me into depression and increased anxiety on top of my illness.I find that as someone who works this is not the practice for me as it seems the only way to get an appointment is to phone up early on each morning in the hope of getting to see a GP and to do this you really do need to be available and not working.Removed any faith I ever had in the NHS and have made me feel totally alone in my pain.
Lovely practice, all staff are really friendly. Way better than my last practice that's for sure!
