Worse hospital ever. A doctor from hospital called 999 and asked for ambulance to bring me to hospital to then have reception give me attitude as well as tell me my appointment was cancelled all because the ambulance didn't arrive till 2 in morning! then had to wait for over 2 hours then was told by triage I am in wrong place then sent back to reception to them be told that I need to re contact 111 to then be told I need to see someone else who then said they can't help me then to be sent back to triage where triage lady was very aggressive and said that becausebecause my temperature is fine I be OK. But ignoring thethe fact that I am possibly pregnant and pissing blood along side pain and difficulty going toilet! Not happy and not to mention the female toilets were filthy. Absolutely discusted . :(
Excellent customer service experience. After arriving at outpatients rather stressed and flustered after the parking meter had eaten my debit card the kind lady on outpatients check in quickly got my debit card retrieved and brought it to me whilst I was in the waiting room for my appointment. Thank you so much!
First and foremost, I find QEH first class, I have been there a few times in the last few years and on each occasion I've had the very best attention you can have. The latest being an operation in November 2018 and based on my own experience hence why I have given the QEH 5 STARS .

i fractured my ankle,i had nothing but first class caring treatment,from the day i entered,two weeks later a super fast appointment,my ankle was recast,loads of advice from friendly caring staff.right up from the doctor.6 weeks my return.once again every body is so helpful,doctor gave me loads of advice.if it was a restaurant i would call again.
