Bought an 7 year old car from these guys a few months ago, they were very helpful and friendly, they did not push for a sale whatsoever. The price was great and cheapest around, I would definitely recommend.
I have just purchased a car from this dealer , A Part Exchange ....WARNING DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER , I purchased a car and realised 3 days later when i got on the motorway the car IS AND was FAULTY , When i try to return the car they just laughed YES Laughed , I have had the car checked and the Garage said it ,s KNACKERD , So this Mistake and my Gullibilty has cost us 1750 and now no car ....STAY WELL CLEAR AND LET EVERYBODY KNOW ...Mr Wilson & Family , South Sheilds
Please please don't use this place. I bought a 4x4 from these crooks. Within days it was broken down. AA out to recover it got going again next day gone again. Upon contacting orange motors was told "What you want me to do "you bought a second hand car. Said you got a warrenty get it sorted. After begging a garagevto look at it as was told this is only time as its junk. After claiming on warrenty 400. Which I had to put up first and claim bk. It ran for few days then doing 70mph on a19 it just cut out AA out again. Got it recovered phoned him again but was met with more intimidation he said look im not intrested use yer warrenty. But nobody will look at it when i said i have and know my rights he laughed and said well take me to court take me I'm not bothered. So please don't end up with scrap on yer drive after spending 2400 on a car you though would last as it came with some bent 12 months mot..
Do not buy a car from these people, no matter how desperate you are. Let my mistake be a warning! Avoid at all costs.Dodgy evil lying crooks.Bought a car from them and they would only accept cash Or bank transfer-We were told paying via credit card would cost an extra 4per cent on top of the overall price of the car, fair enough seemed legit. Began the 60 mile journey home and had to call the breakdown before we even got the car back, 3 hours later we were told it was basically f**ked by the AA mechanic. Called this so called dealer to let him know- refused to refund the money, flat out refused less than 18 hours after we'd bought it.Offered to repair but wouldn't give us the name of the garage that would repair it until we had set off, the car still moved at this point. A day later that was not the case. The car now doesn't start at all. So now I've been lumbered with an almost two thousand pound garden ornament- trading standards are involved but they are just spewing more and more lies to them also pretending to co operate and basically just wasting time. Mark my words I'll get my money back but it's going to cost me in legal fees and eventually baliffs- he is an absolute villain with zero conscience and no morals. Avoid, avoid , avoid!!!!
