I have been with this surgery for about 2 years, never had any problems. They are easy to book appointments in advance and not just on the day like some others. The staff are friendly and the nurses are great too. The are also very accommodating if you are running a little late
I am, by virtue of having long term health problems, a long standing visitor to this practice and generally, the care I receive is good.I rarely see the G.P as the nurses largely oversee the day to day management of my health problems. The doctor, when you do see him, can sometimes appear to be rushed and distracted, but he is a caring G.P. The nurses however, are amazing and the "backbone" of the practice. Both nurses are excellent. I see one nurse in particular and she's absolute brilliant and has supported me, through some really tough times and I know I can ring her, anytime, during surgery hours for advice. The administration and reception staff, are also good, it can take a minute or two for calls to be answered, but they are always helpful and polite. Thank you to all the members of the team, who look after me.
Absolute disgrace of a doctor took my 6 month old daughter to get checked yesterday dr iman said she had a ear infection took her up hospital the day and she had bronchiolitis not a ear infection now she's in the rvi for over Christmas he's a disgrace!! He's not bothered about his patients it's like he's always in a rush and has not got time to see to you properly the only good think about that doctors is the nurse she's lovely
We supply this GP's surgery & have found them to be awful payers. Poor accounts department. Poor communication with suppliers.We won't be renewing our contracts with this organisation
