Do yourself a favour and consider your options carefully before registering with this surgery. You can never get appointments. Reception staff are rude and patronising and they have unregistered me from their surgery more than once by mistake?
Absolute joke of a surgery. Reception staff are extremely patronising, speaking to you as if you're a child. Have been told conflicting information by them, they obviously don't have a clue what they're doing but refuse to allow you to speak to anyone else over the phone. Was verbally informed of test results being 'clear' then received letter (from doctor) stating the results were NOT clear. Avoid this surgery!!
If I could give it 0 I would there's never any appointments and when I actually rang turns out because I moved from pelaw onto Sunderland Road they removed me without telling me and the woman kept repeating we sent a letter out which I did not receive yet no call or text. I have very bad asthma and explained no one told me despite ordering my inhalers from then 2 weeks ago and speaking to someone yesterday. Awful awful doctors.
I've always found the staff and the doctors to be very good, friendly and caring.
2 week+ wait for appointment so I can actually have medication for a chronic illness. They do apparently have appointments it's just unfortunate that if you work you won't be able to get one.
